Tci Rock Bit

The tricone bit is the most widely used drilling bit. When the roller cone bit is working, the cutting teeth alternately contact the bottom of the hole, the rock breaking torque is small, the contact area between the cutting teeth and the bottom hole is small, the specific pressure is high, and it is easy to eat into the formation; the total length of the working edge is large, so the wear is relatively reduced. Roller cone bits can adapt to a variety of formations from soft to hard. Tricone bit is divided into 2 types by material, one is steel teeth tricone bit and the other one is tungsten carbide insert tricone bit (TCI tricone bit). Steel teeth tricone bit is use for soft formation drilling while tci tricone bit is use for hard to very hard formation drilling
